Quick and simple communication. Great customer service, and most importantly excellent authentic assortment of cheeses. Following tasting this one, I’ve immediately went on to try much more and could hardly resist all of the high quality assortment they’ve provided. Highly suggest!

My only complaint was that there was no information about the cheese. For my tasting, I had to do all of the leg work to get info so I could tell my guests what they were eating. A great assortment of cheeses! There were two that had been quite potent and two that had been milder. All four were superb, especially with fruit and various sweet and spicy chutneys.

I also agree that the assortment ought to have come with more info about the cheeses themselves along the lines of: You have selected this assortment, cheese names, background, taste descriptions, and serving suggestions food and wine pairings both. Veryy great cheeze for fondue, from Switzerland. Quick delivery and it is the actual thing! very tasty. Like a cheese lover and especially a swiss cheese lover i had to get these set I just ordered the fondue set to ensure that I can appreciate there when its cold out!

If you’ve never had real Swiss fondue, you’re really missing something special. My only regret is that I live in an area that usually doesn’t get cold sufficient to truly appreciate fondue to its fullest. Review Wisconsin Cheeseman Aged Cheddar Cheese 3 lb. Cheap

I was expecting this product to be pre-sliced with plastic inserts so was a little disappointed to discover that it comes in one block. Let me tell you, eating three pounds of cheddar in one sitting is no easy task but having got via two packets of Jacobs, deep fried a slab and grated the remainder over a plate of grits or two, i can confirm that this is indeed, quite cheesey.

This really is cheese. Should you are expecting 10 yr cheddar, this isn’t aged very that long. It is really great cheese though and worth each and every cent. The cheese arrived exactly as promised.
