The knives in this series are constructed of high carbon, stainless steel and have been printed and double-welded to create sharp edges. Half Tangs extend the cable stainless steel handles that are ergonomically designed and shaped for everyday use. The 6-inch angled knife is just made for slicing and serving cheese semi-hard, requiring a delicate touch, like Monterey Jack and Cheshire. The straight edge blade is a cheese slices neatly all the way through.The blade is tilted to a pole tip to stab and slice to serve. The 3-inch knife features a parmesan short, wedge-shaped blade and ends at the tip. E ‘ideal for chipping pieces from a Parmesan or Romano. And the 6-inch knife has a sharp, broad blade mesh heel to cut with camembert, brie and other soft cheeses. The blade is curved so the tip can be inserted into a wheel of cheese and kick back for a clean cut. Holes in the blade to prevent sticking. The knives in this series are imported and must be washed by hand.
